"Quick Resolution to My Gift Card Problem"
I ran into a snag with a physical gift card I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. The order kept showing as 'Processing' and just wouldn’t go through for some reason.

After a quick 3-minute call to Customer Service, Ian sorted it all out. He even combined this gift card with another one I had, giving me a single code to use, which is super handy since you can only enter one gift card code at checkout.

I get that hiccups happen, and sure, the order should’ve gone through without a hitch, but the way they handled my issue was way faster and friendlier than what I’ve experienced with other online shops.

Based on how they took care of me, I’d definitely recommend them.
